A Woodcock was disturbed from the old obs garden late in the morning and flew north around the top of the island be could not be re-found. A Merlin was present that had the missing primaries and therefore not the bird seen regularly south of Middle. Two Canada Geese were at the north end and a Little Egret was on the log today.
