Weather:- S/SE force 2
A pleasant morning with a decent passage of over 100 Meadow Pipits, 86 Starlings, 5 Skylarks, 4 Greenfinches, 2 Goldfinches, 7 Pied and 2 Grey Wagtails, with a Goldcrest and a Reed Bunting around the trapping area. The first Whooper Swan of the autumn flew south west after dawn, and good counts were made of  39 Bar-tailed Godwit, 66 Redshanks and at least 86 Brent Geese.
Ringed:- 4 Meadow Pipits, 1 Rock Pipit, 3 Greenfinches, 1 Blackbird, 1 Goldcrest, 1 Linnet, 1 Goldfinch, 1 Wren,             [ 683-32 ]
