Weather: S force 2, rain
A Short-eared Owl flew about Middle Eye in the early morning light, it may have been roosting on that island overnight. There was very little else to report in the poor weather, a good count of 284 Brent, a Peregrine, a Kestrel, 76 Redshank and 7 Bar-tailed Godwits. two Rock pipits are still about.
