Weather:  WSW force 3

A 4.30 am start to arrive before the tide did not disappoint; present were 265 Manx Shearwater, Red-throated Diver and Gannet over the sea watch, while closer by a Greenshank and Common Sandpiper were on  the shore and Willow Warbler and 2 Wheatear on the island.

The tern roost held a single Little Tern.

Others recorded this morning were Kittiwake, 5 Whimbrel and 2 Bar-tailed Godwit, 130 Dunlin and 30 Ringed Plover. About 60 Swallows came through.
