After the second shower a Chiffchaff was calling and a glimpse was had of a Redstart spp in the SK paddock, sadly it was not seen again. Four Skylarks were passage visitors, while later in the morning 2 Wheatear arrived.

Sightings on the sea included a Gannet and 7 Great Crested Grebes. Some of the 90 Turnstones roosted on the island during the tide.
Nine Purple Sandpipers could be found, Redshank numbered 35.
