Weather: SE force 3/4 light rain showers
A much queiter day than yesterday with the first shower
bringing down just a Willow Warbler and 2 Robin and with the second shower a surprise
Whitethroat, which was ringed here on 2nd August but intrigingly has not been seen here since. This Twenty three Shelduck flew into the estuary early morning again. A large count of 14 Little Egret were all in the gutter as the morning tide ebbed. The one constant recently is the certainty of 9 Eider being here.
also that some of our colour ringed Rock Pipits will show.
Counted today were 8 Little Tern and 500 Sandwich.
