Predictably a quiet day following the excitement of yesterday.
Single Willow Warbler and Chiffchaff sang in the gardens and a few hirundines passed over including 48 Swallow, 14 Sand and 7 House Martins.
A single White Wagtail was noted at the North End with two Pieds also present.
The bluebells at the South End are blooming as usual in early May. Meanwhile a single Pale-bellied Brent remains and today was joined by two Dark-bellied birds (see below).
