A brief morning visit produced a singing Sedge Warbler in Telegraph House garden and several Greenland Wheatears passed through in increasingly blustery conditions.
The highlight of the morning was the second Curlew Sandpiper of the Spring with the Dunlin flocks feeding frenzily below the Obs on the muddy margins of the recently receding gutter.
The wind continued to pick up and 14 Manx Shearwaters were noted on the afternoon tide.
