Weather: WNW force 9/10
A visit to the east hoyle at high water in a severe gale with driving hail showers produced records of 4 Pintail flying north, 230 Redshank between Little Eye and West Kirby shore, 40 Shelduck, 220 Curlew, 600 Knot and 1 Grey Plover.
