Weather: SW force 6
Two Common Sandpipers were calling in the early hours, they were obviously on the move during the night. Both Kestrel and Peregrine were present and a single Willow Warbler was here. There were over 240 Sandwich Terns, and improved count over recent days. Butterflies this morning included Small and Large White, Small Tortoiseshell and Red Admiral, while 2 Buff-tipped moth larva were in the old obs garden.
