Weather: WSW force 4/5 showers
The juvenile Stonechat was still present, but understandably no migrants with the weather as it is today. An increase in wader numbers was noticed today, for instance there were 42 Ringed Plover and 180 Dunlin in addition to 4 Whimbrel. As the tide dropped 1,500 Black-headed Gulls and 450 Sandwich Terns lifted off and followed the tide out to around the Tanskies area. The fresh wind blew in 20 Gannets and on the shore 8 Little Egrets and 2 Grey Herons were noted.
