 Weather: E force 3

About 400 Brent Geese were around the islands with a Dark-bellied bird amongst them, 10 Shelduck swam in the gutter by Middle and in the afternoon 74 Pink-footed Geese flew north east over the island.

 Distantly on the sea were 6 Guillemot and 8 Great-crested Grebe, closer in 8 Scoter and 3 Eider with 2 of those being adult males.

 A Shag roosted the tide on the North End.

Fourteen Purple Sandpiper fed below the Obs garden, most of the 106 Curlew noted fed on the East Hoyle after tide but as always some were around the island.

 Both Raven and Kestrel were present, the Raven was flying north east.
