Weather: SW force 4
A brief mid-morning visit established that the Red-legged Partridge was still present and there were 2 Swallows and 4 White Wagtails about, also 4 Goldfinches and a Wheatear.
A Raven showed on the island and 2 Canada Geese were here. Dunlin featured again with 1,500 staying around the shore.
A small number of other waders included 10 Curlew, 20 Turnstone and 6 Redshank.
Six Common Scoter were noted on the sea with 2 Great Crested Grebes, while on the shore were a Little Egret and a Grey Heron. There have been single Buff-tailed Bumblebees in the last 2 days, but today about 10 flew arund the island.
