Weather: W force 4/5 drizzle
In the early morning light a Short-eared Owl flew about Middle, this follows a number of such sightings in the last few days. Three Song thrushes and 35 Linnets were on the island, the best of the waders were 4 Bar-tailed Godwit and 12 Sanderling, and also present were 2 Little Egrets and the now regular Kestrel.
