Four Swallows and a single Willow Warbler was present and 2 Greenland Wheatears remained, probably from an arrival earlier in the day, while 8 Meadow Pipits, 14 Linnets and 6 Rock Pipits will be breeding birds.. Eighty five Sandwich Terns were counted, 3 Common Scoter and 8 Shelduck were here, also 3 Little Egret and 2 Grey Herons.
Waders noted were 40 Ringed Plover, 120 Oystercatcher, 220 Dunlin and 4 Curlew. The Fox was seen in the SK paddock and butterflies were again 2 Orange Tips and a Painted Lady.
